Who owns the music after tokenization?
You do — always. Tokenization does not transfer copyright. It creates an on-chain record of your ownership and automates how rights are exercised and royalties are paid. You retain full copyright.
What happens if I want to remove my music?
On-chain records are permanent by design, but you can delist your tokens from the marketplace at any time. Existing token holders retain their fractional ownership, but no new sales or licenses can be issued.
How are royalties calculated and distributed?
You define the royalty percentage and split at mint time. Every qualifying event (stream, license, sale) triggers the smart contract, which instantly distributes the correct amount to each stakeholder wallet.
Is RhythmNexus available worldwide?
Yes. The marketplace is globally accessible. However, certain jurisdictions may have restrictions on digital asset trading. We recommend consulting local regulations before listing.
